Department of Persian Language and Literature
The department began its activities for in 1988 with the admission of undergraduate students. Since 2000, with the admission of students in the master's degree program, it has expanded its field of activities. With the efforts of the members of the group, the admission of doctoral students began in 2005. It currently admits students in four doctoral fields: epic, lyric, mystic, and pure literature. Domestic and foreign students in undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs are studying in the field of Persian Language and Literature.
